This is led by our CEO, Tracey Caffull. In addition, Heather Hann works part time as Head of Professional Development and Claire Bourne as Head of Inclusion. Work in schools is supported through a hub model, where each hub is led by one of our experienced Headteachers, who are released up to one day a week to support school improvement. In addition, some of our Heads work as Head-to-Head Support Headteachers and Champions.
