This is led by our CEO, Tracey Caffull. In addition, Heather Hann works part time as Head of Professional Development and Claire Bourne part time as as Head of Inclusion.
The team also includes School Improvement Partners John Crane and Sally Blunden, our Trust Specialist Leader Jane Stalham, and Imogen Wallis who has Trust Safeguarding oversight.
Heads are valued as part of the central team and are invited to join working groups addressing strategic areas of school improvement where they have capacity to do so.
The Trust also operates a hub model, where each hub is led by one of our experienced Headteachers, who lead our Peer Review system.

- North Suffolk Hub led by Paul Ryle (Head at Mellis C of E Primary School)
- West Suffolk Hub led by Elizabeth Campbell (Head at Tudor C of E Primary School)
- Woodbridge Hub led by Karen Read (Head at St Mary’s C of E Primary School, Woodbridge)
The Trust is a Delivery Partner for NPQSENCO and NPQSL and many of the Trust Heads also support the NPQ qualifications as facilitators and coaches:

Specific appointments have also been made to develop further capacity and specific roles across the Trust:
