This is led by our Head of School Improvement, Heather Hann. Work in schools is supported through a hub model, where each hub is led by one of our experienced Headteachers, who are released up to one day a week to support school improvement. In addition, some of our Heads work as Head-to-Head Support Headteachers and Champions.

- Imogen Wallis (Executive Headteacher at Bedfield and Wetheringsett C of E Primary Schools) School Improvement consultant and safeguarding lead

In addition to Headteacher support, the MAT has also developed School-to-School support teachers, who support other colleagues within the MAT or lead networks. Currently these are:
