Morland is a vibrant primary school located in the heart of our community. As Headteacher, you will be central in strengthening our Christian ethos and inspiring our school community to be the best versions of themselves.
As part of the St Edmundsbury and Ipswich Diocesan Multi-Academy Trust, we benefit from a supportive inclusive and open culture of leadership. Headteachers are valued and intrinsically linked to the central school improvement team. The Trust runs headteacher meetings each half term allowing us to work with other Trust schools across Suffolk as well as working collaboratively within local hubs. The central Trust team facilitates leadership growth through communities of professional development, relevant and topical working parties, school improvement conversations alongside the practical support of estates, finance and HR.
We are seeking to appoint an ambitious, creative and inspirational leader to succeed our current Headteacher.
